It is not as simple as that. You need parents capable of producing a pup
that is both black, pink eyed, and has also inherited one Himalayan
gene. This will involve knowing more about the parents than just their
colour. Unless you already have a dove you can breed to a lilac.
This means, for example, breeding a lilac and a PEW that has exactly the
right genes to give you the genes you want in the pup.
Another alternative that should work would be a lilac and a Siamese that
had at least one parent that was PEW.
I suppose you could also breed an argente cream that was known to carry
a to a lilac.
