An article in yesterday's Guardian newspaper was about small pets for
children and how most of the commonly kept species have problems. You will
be pleased, and not at all surprised to learn of the conclusion.
"The best pets are gerbils. They have longer lifespans and are active in
the day------They also need very little maintenance"

As a bit of fun, I have listed some of the things said about the other
small pets. See if you can guess which animal is being discussed. The
