Sick Gerbils ASAP

Dear List,
Please Help!
 I have  2 male gerbils  (1 about 1 year other 14 weeks) They are very
sick. When they walk they are unsteady almost as if there lags are
stiff. There eyes are almost closed and they are all puffed up and
COLD!!! They are very cold. Help What do I do!!
