Most baby robins aren't abandoned. If there is a nest, put it back in the
nest. But most likely it is a fledgling. Most Robin fledglings don't have
the ability to fly right away and the parents will keep a close watch on
their "children" until it can be on its own. Even though the parents may
not be obvious, they most likely are around caring for the baby. Audubon
Society usually recommends that unless the baby is in distress or injured,
place the baby on the ground near some cover (bushes) and keep watch to make
sure preditors don't come close. You should see a parent bring food fairly
soon.
