How old are they?
Is there any sign of diarrhoea?
How did this first present? Was it sudden or had they been off colour
over a few days?
Do they click if held to the ear?
Are they with other gerbils?
Are there any signs of injury, for example bites.
Could they have got very cold, very hot, or wet?
