When I checked on Cara this afternoon she was sitting on a nest of six red, squeaking pups. The father is Alan (but he's not with this new litter). I still have two of her pups from the last litter with her (just 5 weeks today) and plan to keep one or both with her to help in raising this litter (good idea?) -- Donna A.
