Angie: Hi! :) I *did* get the whole family, if your mom didn't tell you yet, and they are all soo sweet :) Thanks!! Here's an update for you and everyone else, copied straight off my website: The fab five are doing soo great! I'd say Linzee is the chubbiest baby gerbil I've ever seen. She's so adorable though, just the little apple of my eye ;) Faith and Corey are a little skinnier than the rest, but Corey is a runt and Faith likes to sleep most of the time. I'm picking up some RMR or KMR just in case. What's interesting is that Hope & Hero don't mind at all when I play with the pupples and I just got them, but the mom that I had for 1 year got extremely irritated and ended up trying to eat a pup when I would play with them. So this is such a treat for me ;) hehehe the pups liked Hero for a while until they discovered something: males lack milk. Now they reluctantly crawl under him to keep warm, but dive after mom when she comes close enough. It's cute though, because dad makes a better mommy than mommy does ;) She nurses, but he keeps them warm more than she nurses. And when she's nursing, he's right next to her grooming the pups and bringing any back that crawled out of the nest and grooming Hope.. enough to make my heart melt ;) Paige
