I would not put her back. The pups should be trying solid food about
now. If you supplement the feed with kitten formula from a dropper for a
few days they should pull through.

I would leave the pup alone. The pub will probably be OK and adapt to
the injury. Just watch out for any sign of infection. If so, you will
need treatment.
