I always used water bottles made from glass! Such little flat brandy bottles
with 200 ml. I make a little hole ( about 2 or 3 mm) in the - upside down -
lowest middle of the srew cap and it is efficient, easy to clean and really
unsensitive to any disorder.
I hang this bottle up with a wire strong winded around the bottle.
Yes, they chew on the aluminium cap, when the bottle is empty ;-), but it is
easy to replace with another one (not only from brandy %-), because I picked
up brandy bottles with the same cap size as mineral water here in europe)...
And it may be noisy ;o), if bottle is empty and the gerbils knock with it
against the aquarium wall. Mustn't be so wrong, while they need my attention.
