Thanks Deb Rebel! I soaked Ike's swollen-shut eye with a damp cloth while my husband tried to hold him. At first it looked very unsuccessful, so we gave up and put a damp Ike back into his cage. But awhile later I checked on him and *voila* his eye is open! Now if only he would stop harassing Birch... Well, we're off to the vet tomorrow with the whole menagerie!
