It sounds like something to do with the urinary system.  Her bladder
appears to be leaking.  However, as the reproduction organs are so close to
the urinary ones, the problem could be there and it could just be pressing
on the bladder and causing urinary incontinence.  Ovarian cysts are pretty
common on female gerbils but they tend to grow gradually.  I think you need
a vet.
