I have had an unknown gerbil show up in the house; and
need to figure out it's age.
It is just over 2 1/2 inches (just under 6.5 cm) long, from
nose to base of tail, when sitting not-stretched on all four
paws. That is not including the tail length.
I have triple checked, and everybody else seems to be
accounted for. So ????? I don't think it was a feral
gerbil that escaped the day I brought the rescuees in.
I also had a nose count that jived with those at that time.
