Hi Mary,
How is the 55 gallon tank with girls and boys mixed going? Is this a family
situation (parents and pups?) If not, I've heard that this setup can cause
fighting and pup stealing once everyone is in adulthood -- have you found this to
be the case?
I have three tanks set up:
10 gallons with 5 males (so far, so good -- I'll be moving them into the 20
gallon)
10 gallon with one female, she's be getting a girl-companion next week
20 gallon with 8 gerbils mom, big sister and 6 pups (4 boys, 2 girls).
