I have a request. Would people sending messages to the GML indicate the message content in the subject line? I save and file about 5% of the messages for future reference and a title, such as "Help: teeth fell out" is great in re-retrieving the message when I need to (versus just "Help", "Serious", "A question", or "Please read", etc.).
