The simple answer is no.
The list is designed to require the minimum of involvement by the list
owner who does not read the list and is a busy system administrator at
Rice University.
In an emergency the list owner can be contacted at
mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
but may be too busy to deal with your request.
