Hi evreyone,
This might be a stupid question but I'm wondering if this is normal behavior.
I introduced my spotted Schimmel female to my schimmel male 12 days ago now.
I used a spilt cage to introduce them and they never have faught. Well, at
first the two seemed to be getting very close, slept beside or on top of each
other. Now my female seems less active than before, she also will not let my
male come to near her and sleeps in her little house full of tissues.
Healthwise she seems fine, bright eyes, eating, evreything else is normal.
Is it normal for her to suddenly stop wanting to be near the male? I have
wondered if she may be pregnant my other male I seperated her from when I
bought them, could this be the reason? If she continues to ignore him should
I give up and attempt to pair them with other mates? Thanks for your help.
