Hi, glad to hear the pups are still doing well :) I recently decided to make my own mix, this is what I did as a mix for 6 gerbils (So Far :) I mixed 3 and a half pound of cat food (Meow Mix) which they all seem to like quite a bit plus it has guarenteed 31% protien which I thought would be good for prenent mothers. I mixed 10 pounds of birdseed with that and 5 pounds of squirrel mix which has corn and sunflower seeds and an occasional peanut.
