Gerbil Disease!?

My female gerbil looks like she is sick. The bottom of her is all wet and it
looks like she is losing hair and it is spready throughout her body. Her
female parts are also bleeding. She can't be that old because she just had a
litter of 1. Pleae I need immediate help because i have her all by herself
right now. Please Help
