Undoubtedly, if they both mate with her.  Multiple infants in a litter
means multiple ovulations.  if more than one male mates with a female,
it give ample opportunity for the eggs to be fertilized with sperm
from either.

We had a dog when I was growing up where this happened.  She
was a purebred Samoyed (or however you spell it), and we bred her
to another purebred.  However, a male cocker spaniel also got into
the mix.  She had four purebred puppies and three mixes. :)
