Congrats.
The pups will nurse until age about 3 weeks so you don't have to feed them
anything until then. Just be sure the mom has extra protein and fat.
I've done that by adding premium dry cat food to usual feed, and by
sprinkling dry milk powder over their feed. See links below for more
info.
When they wean they'll start eating the adult feed. During that time you
might be sure there are plenty of small seeds in the feed. That's a good
time also to feed everyone moistened human cereal. As they learn to use
the water bottle, be sure they are getting water in small bits of
fruit/vegetables that they can handle.
Gerbils are very smart about these things, both adults and pups.
