One of my gerbils seems to have a bald spot on his tail, near the
middle.. I was thinking maybe the heat mixed with stress of his
first litter was the cause, but I just wanted to make sure and
see if there was anything I could do for him. He's completely
healthy and his tail doesn't seem to be bothering him in the
least.
This also seems to be happening with lighter colored gerbils, if
anyone else has noticed. My sapphire/dove had the same thing, and
now this IC/PEW is having it. Neither of them seemed bothered by
it and went through life fine. Any ideas?
