If you think it is rude of me to state the facts of law this is your
problem. I have not called anyone names on the issue, yet you and others
have called me names, accused me of false motive and accused me of sayign
things I didnt say to use against me. This is all very personally
attacking.
Yes we have freedome of speech. I have freedom to state the law and my
opinions. You have freedom to state your opinions also. However, per rules
of this gerbil list, you do NOT have freedom to attack me. You can of
course go to soem other list that doesnt have a rule about personal attacks,
and attack me there- however, you are still prevented from making up things
about me in order to make such an attack, because such is slander and also
prosecutable.
The mess is not cleared up by your sayign you went to your post office.
First of all, who knows if you REALLY went that or if they REALLY said what
you say they said. I have posted direct quotations from federal laws
however, refferenced by number, which anyone can go to the library and look
up (just ask the refference librarian and they will show you how). The
opinion of your post office does NOT supercede that of federal law. they
might be gettign away with it now, but if discovered they, just liek peopel
who ship aniamls through them, can be heavily sentenced.
