I'm about to take my email computer down and clean it up and
reinstall some webpage design software; so that I can start
coordinating this. The chance to meet others that own gerbils
sounds like a blast....

I had suggested a few dollars an animal, depending on how
much work the transporter was going to have to do to take
your animals on their way....

In college there was a 'rideshare' board; where one could fill
out forms and those that had space available, could let others
play barnacle. From my college to my hometown was six
hours drive. I could usually make it to within an hour of my
hometown (a major big city an hour away) and have my
parents pick me up from a gas station or restaurant on the
way. We all would pay about $5 (a car of 3-5 passengers)
to the driver and that would roughly cover the gas.

I assumed around $2-5 an animal, more if it involved having
to make a time eating side trip off the main trip path.

Working on it. Wait for call for info next week after I get the pages
done and put up. I will update them as needed.
