To solve, I cut some cardboard from a box and slipped it in between the tanks. It prevents neighbor from seeing neighbor...they can still smell their neighbor, but it seems to cut some anxiety. And if the cardboard gets stained or trashed, just cut a new chunk..... Deb R.
