Joining pup count

Hello,
I would be interested in joining the pup count.  I have subscribed for
awhile but not posted.   Do you HAVE to belong to AGS or NGS registry??
Can you still take April and June?   that is when my litters started and my
sub to GML.   Please let me know whatinfo you need.  Do i write to GML
directly or can i just email you?
