They CAN breed that young, and some do.

Please don't take offense, but double check your sexing.  [raising
hand....] I have muffed this before; making a mistake when pairing
up animals.

Other than that, if you were right the first time, they could any time...
unless they feel threatened somehow.  If you have their cage in a
good location where other pets (cats, dogs, etc) or small siblings
can't come and peer in and scare them; and when you handle them,
wash your hands first so scent of others aren't on your hands;
then, just give them some time.
