E-mail Problem

Hello everyone.   For some reason I haven't been receiving emails from the list lately...yet when I sent messages to the list everyone gets it...I think there may be a problem with my subscription?   I tried subscribing and unsubscribing but nothing happened. Do I have to put the listserv commands in the topic of the email or the body?   Thanks, Jason
