I believe many people use KMR (kitten milk replacement) for situations like
this. I think you can get it in pet stores. Use a syringe (without the
needle) and feed 1 drop at a time. Be sure to hold the pup semi-upright so
it doesn't aspirate or choke. Perhaps someone with more experience in this
situation could give a more detailed explanation, but that's a place to
start.
