Someone wrote me: "I've never used a signature block but I want a bumper
sticker too. How can I do that?"
I can answer for Outlook Express (see below). Perhaps others can explain
for users of AOL, Netscape, etc.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS -- making and using a signature block
** To make --
** Click Tools > Options > Signatures.
** I chose Edit Signature and Text, then typed in the two lines you
see above.
** You can choose to have that signature added to all your email by
checking the box "Add signature to all outgoing messages". If you choose
that, you don't have to insert the signature as described below.
** To use (if you want the signature on only selected messages) --
** Write your message as usual.
** Put the cursor where you want your signature to appear.
** Click Insert > Signature and it will do this:
