All gerbils will have variations in their coat in one way or another, just as
some develop color at different rates. I have 2 SN that are both eef, one has
great color throughout but the other has about 1/3 less ticking. I have 2 CPN
mother/daughter that developed full color at the same age daughter was 6 wks
the mom was 5 months. Next year it could work out that all of you male CPN's
develop their color first. I brought up the spotting gene because in your
first post it was put that the mother of the 3 was aacbcbeeGGPPSp+ (spotted
CPN).
