Good question, Mary, and good of you to ask.
I can't answer it and perhaps nobody else can. GML doesn't have a boss.
GML Charter is very lenient about what you can post. I think everyone has
been trying to leave more room in GML for experts to tell us things.
What you CAN do is to post clan updates in SocialGML, even more often than
monthly. Also in SocialGML, people will feel comfortable about talking
about your update with you.
If you see something abnormal in your clan, or need some expert advice,
GML is where to post questions as soon as you have one. If you need
advice about something more routine, experienced keepers can do that in
SocialGML They also can tell you if your question belongs in GML where
the experts are sure to see it.
All the above is for the time being, and only my humble opinion. Smart
people are working out how GML and SocialGML should mesh.
