Unless you're a store and going to buy on a regular basis, and
have a wholesale and retail tax numbers....they are not going
to deal with you. Which is most of the general public.
I happen to have wholesale and retail tax #'s because I run a
business. (jewelry and the like). I have talked to the regional
wholesaler, and they don't want to do anything unless you have
a storefront and are going to be a repeat (weekly) customer.
