<I would like to place dibs on 2 gerbils: the Female DTW and Female <Slate
with 5 pups. The only thing I need to ask is if you can ship them to <St.
John's, Newfoundland, A1B-1K1. And I would like to know who <you would be
shipping with.
I feel that this type of message should be sent through private email for
two reasons.
1. The message is not meant for the entire list. It is from one member to
another member. We do not need to take time to read it since it is
irrelevant to us.
2. Since shipping a personal decision that many find objectionable, I do
not feel that it is wise to discuss your shipping plans in this forum. A
number have said that it is illegal to ship, and this forum cannot encourage
or condone any illegal activity. So please keep it private in the future.
(I don't think that there is any way to ship across the US / Canadian
border! You would have to list the contents of the package and it's value.
The customs service can open any package they wish. It would also be
impossible to do so in 24 or even 48 hours, making it grossly inhumane.)
