I'm no expert, I'm new to this list myself, but I've heard that red goo
around the eyes and/or nose isn't blood, it's just mucous, because
that's what color their mucous is. Not sure about the ear, but the eyes
and nose cold maybe be allergies. I've heard tilting is sign of an ear
infection. You might want to get a second opinion from experts, I'm a
new gerbil owner.
