I too, like the idea of :S for social, however, in reading the code
reminder it seems that :S has a designation already.
As two uses for :S are not good practice, I think perhaps sticking to I:
for irrelevant is probably better, or perhaps a selection of longer marks
(as previously suggested by someone) is needed.
