I have observed that with chinchilla dust...the
females tend to roll in it and the males tend to only want to eat it. The
females eat it too, but they use it primarily for rolling...where as the males,
they seem to just want to eat it. When their (the males') fur is matted and they
wont roll, I have to actually pick up the dust myself and sprinkly it on them to
help their fur.
Any thoughts?
