Hi again everybody! First off, I'd like to thank EVERYONE who helped me out with my long list of questions! They've definitely helped, and I now know that I'm going to get another pair of gerbils instead of breaking up these guys! :) So assuming I'm finally ALLOWED to breed gerbils, I might be looking around for a pair! ;) On a side note, I'm sure a few of you remember me saying that I wasn't sure what colors my female gerbs were...well, thanks to that handy dandy Gerbil Color Palette, I found out that Chloe is a dark-eyed honey gerbil, and Cecilia is a nutmeg! The nutmeg was hard to figure out before because she still had so much light, orangey fur, but the color palette actually had a picture of a gerb like that, so it was fairly easy to figure out. ;) But her face is now a really pretty gray color, and she's gradually getting darker! As for the subject of my mom giving in and letting me breed gerbils...well, she's finally said she'll think about it, so even though it's not a guaranteed 'yes', the future has a more positive glow, hehe! When and if she says yes, does anyone out there know where I can find some ten gallon tanks? I've looked at all sorts of places online, but found nothing! And I don't really have any pet stores nearby...only one, but it's very small and doesn't have things like that. Yard sales don't occur very often either, so I can't even rely on that! Does anyone have suggestions?
