If you don't want viruses (worms if you are being technical) ditch
Outlook and get a mail program that does not run MS Macros. As only MS
software does (and 99.9% of people never have any need of an MS macro in
a mail - unless you are distributing viruses) almost any other mail
client will make you safe.
