OT: Brita Water Filters

Jill,   Im sorry to have to be the one to tell you this but Brita water filters don't filter very much. The only thing it removes is the copper present in water...the chlorine and other harmful chemicals still remain. I know this because a few months back during the Walkerton ecoli outbreak in my province, I had my water filter tested to see if it actually filters out harmful elements...it did not...so my family purchased one of the larger water filters that fits under your sink.   Sorry, Jason
