It so happens that this medicine is banana-flavored, and I discovered last night that
she actually likes the taste, just not the syringe! :) I put some on a bit of
cracker and she licked it off then gobbled down the cracker. That surprised me as the
only gerbil I've ever had that liked banana was Miss Piggy. But maybe it's the soft
texture of bananas that they tend not to like, not the flavor. Anyway, I'm glad she
likes it, should make it easier.
