What is the problem? All DTWs have pink eyes. A DTW looks exactly like a
PEW with dark pigment on the tail. All the photos you will see and all
the descriptions on the internet will show you they have pink eyes.
As I wrote only two days ago, pink eyes are caused by more than one
gene. Not only Pink-Eyed Dilution causes red eyes, so does the Himalayan
gene. DTWs are Himalayans sop have pink eyes, just like a Himalayan
rabbit, Himalayan Cavy etc.
Why-o-why does everyone seem to think they should have dark eyes?
