diarrhoea

my 2 gerbils have diarrhoea with blood in it. can somebody help me? fist a diarrhoea had only one in the aquarium (4 days with diarrhoea), now, there is another one with it. i have those 2 (they are 1 year old) and one that is 3 months old. must i isolate him??? they eat and and drink A LOT, but they are really weak. it's this TYZZERS disease?!� :-( PLEASE HELP ME!!!
