I get that a lot too. I'v input the genetics of  my Honey Creams and the
listing for "MOM" or "DAD" is termed as UNDEFINED. It doesn't know what name
to assign the Honey Cream color.
I'v also noticed that some of the gene combos listed as undefined on the GGP
match up with "white" gerbil genetics on other  web sites that list the
known colors and their genetic makeup.
I don't know if the originator of the GGP program is still in control of the
program of if they have passed it along to another host.

Question for the Group: Who keeps up the GGP and how involved is it to
reprogram for updating color and genetic info?
