It depends on how run down she is.  You can add a few (just a few)
extra sunflower seeds and peanuts to her daily feed ration to help
her put on some weight.    You might want to supplimental feed her
with Kitten Milk Replacer (if you can get it-not cow's milk, that is too
hard for them to digest properly).  A few eyedroppers full 2-4 times
a day, for about a week, would help.

She could, but that is rather old for a gerbil female to have her first
litter.  There could be all sorts of complications.  I would think seriously
about wanting to breed her at her age.

Yes, you could possibly pair her if you use the split cage method of
introduction.  Try to get another female of her age and size if possible,
it may cut down on aggression problems.
