Im writting this list in possible hopes of getting an answer to
my problem. Im not writting to get people upset and pulling their hair out,
by reporting a problem with deaths.

Ive had a problem of sorts the past couple of weeks with new
litters, or births. A number of them dont make it. Id say around the 2nd
week, they would start getting thin like, and I notice some...not all seem to
be breathing throu the mouth. They dont really live much longer then a couple
days. I actually had this happen to a whole litter unfortunately.

For months Ive never had any problems. In fact, no joke, before
this Id say i actually had about 87 births with out a death! Now I have this
problem, and it is very disturbing for me to see anything die. Im guessing it
can be either 2 things. 1) Respitory infections or 2) babies are possible
runts, unable to make it? Or perhaps they are runts, not as strong, who are
getting sick easier?? Please let me know...put your 2 cents into this..id
really like help on this..its important to me!

My only other question would be...if it is resp infections...how do
I medicate them? Ive tried with the eye dropper and other methods..but for me
they havent had any progressor success. Is it possible by putting the
tetracycline in the mothers water..she might pass it on to the young through
the milk???

Thank you much for taking the time out for reading and responding, it
is very well apreciated :)

Thank you
Dan Lawson
