Hi, my name is Don and I have this female gerbil that just lost all but one of her babies to ????? whatever, the "last" one is being feed by her and growing somewhat normal for a 1 week old baby. What I'm wondering though, is she leaves it "alone" allot and he seems to get "cold" where with her last litter of "6" she was a GREAT mother to, but not this "last" guy. At how old can I safely start to try and feed it some "esbilac" (Mother's milk replacement for puppies, rabbits, ferrets etc.) or is there something else that you'd prefer I use? Thank You, Don
