Yes.

No, you can use it. Just don't use anything else unless it comes from a
vet.

You need to do two things:
1. Put tetracycline in the water bottle and the mother will pass it to
the babies through her milk. If you buy Ornacycline for birds it has
directions on the back, follow the ones for small birds.
2. Give a few drops a day to each pup with an eyedropper or needleless
syringe.

Might not hurt to give them a few drops of KMR daily as well as the
tetracycline, if they will take it.

You could keep the odd girl with the parents until the next litter and
pair her up with a girl from that one. That would avoid dealing with
introductions.
