Make it 5 weeks, or even better, 6. At 4 weeks they are weaned, but are still
learning from their parents.

It's very likely you'll have the next litter already here before you move this
one out. You can clean the tanks out with them in there, especially once
they're 4 weeks old. I used to clean mine out when they were younger than that,
but I didn't have nervous parents either. 4 weeks should be pretty safe.
