Yes. If you leave a female pup in with her father, she can
come into first heat as young as six weeks old. Which would
make her about ten weeks when she had her first litter.
I usually remove my litters around five weeks old (35-38 days)
so that can't happen (father breeding daughter) and by 42 days
old the brothers are separated from their sisters.
