This is relatively normal. There is nothing to be done as
the eyes will open on their own shortly. Though it seems to take forever while
waiting ;)

Hello, I am new to the list and want to say "Hi". I also have a
concern. I have new pups. Two girls that are 5 weeks old and
a girl and boy that were 6 days younger and ignored by there mom.
We gave the second two to the first mom to raise and all seems to be going
well, except that one of the younger babies has not opened its eyes
yet. She is now 4 weeks old. Is there anything wrong? Or do
they sometimes just delay in maturing? Is there anything I should
do?
